Space Mysteries is a science fiction comic book series published by I. W. Publishing in 1958. The company was named for its owner, Israel Waldman. In its later years it published under the Super Comics name. Waldman numbered his comics by printing batch rather than in sequence, and this series has just two issues, #1 and #9.

Both issues are anthologies of stories reprinted from earlier comics. Issue #1 draws on Atlas's Journey into Unknown Worlds #4 (April 1951), including "Return from Mars," drawn by Russ Heath. Issue #9 reprints the five comic stories from Planet Comics #73 (Winter 1953). That was the last issue of a Fiction House series credited as the first comic book dedicated wholly to science fiction.

Issue #9 opens with "Cerebex," an eight-page story signed by Bill Benulis, followed by "The Wonder Warp," "The Martian Plague," "Strangers on Satellite C!" and "Among the Missing." Its other credited artists are A. Albert and John Belcastro, who signed his story as Johnny Bell, with Bernard Sachs and Jack Abel inking. The cover art came from a different comic, Avon's Strange Worlds #19 (February 1955).
