livecomics.to turns comic book files you import into a narrated, panel-by-panel reading experience: it detects panels and speech bubbles, transcribes the text, and generates voiced narration, sound effects, and ambient audio. We also offer a curated streaming catalog of public-domain comics.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to make purchases.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us via the support page — we review refund requests case by case. When a charge is refunded or disputed, the credits it purchased (and access granted by it) are removed.
Transcription, voices, narration, and sound effects are machine-generated. They may contain errors, mispronunciations, or misattributed dialogue, and are not official audio from the original publisher or creators.
livecomics.to is an evolving service. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, livecomics.to will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 3, 7, 10, 11) survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
