Terms of Service

Welcome to livecomics.to (livecomics.to), operated by SMOOBY LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What livecomics.to does

livecomics.to turns comic book files you import into a narrated, panel-by-panel reading experience: it detects panels and speech bubbles, transcribes the text, and generates voiced narration, sound effects, and ambient audio. We also offer a curated streaming catalog of public-domain comics.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) to make purchases.

3. Your content and rights

• You retain ownership of everything you upload. We claim no ownership of your comics or the audio generated from them.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform your uploads (for example: splitting pages into panels, transcribing text, and generating audio) solely to provide the service to you.
• You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process the content you import. livecomics.to is a personal reading tool for content you lawfully possess.

4. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory. We remove or disable infringing material expeditiously, notify the affected user, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same agent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or process content you have no right to use, or content obtained from an unauthorized or pirated source;
• upload any work that has already been published as a motion comic, audio drama, audiobook, dramatized reading, or other motion or audio adaptation;
• redistribute, resell, or publicly rebroadcast content or generated audio from the service;
• upload sexually explicit, exploitative, or unlawful content;
• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits, content rules, or billing;
• use the service to violate any applicable law.

6. Credits and billing

• Processing comics consumes credits. Subscriptions grant a monthly credit allotment; you can also buy one-time top-ups.
• Subscription credits roll over for up to 6 months from when they are granted, then expire. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, or every year on the yearly Collector plan) through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. You agree to this when you check the box at checkout.
• Changing plans. An upgrade starts a new month on the new plan straight away: you pay its full monthly price that day and get its full monthly credits, the credits you already have stay yours, and the plan renews monthly from that day. A downgrade starts at your next renewal; nothing is charged or refunded for it.
• Cancel in one tap. Choose Cancel plan on your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then does not renew; your credits and your library stay yours. You can undo it with Keep my current plan until then.
• Prices and plan contents may change; we'll give notice before changes affect a renewal. Taxes may apply based on your location. Depending on where you live, Stripe may sell to you as our reseller (the merchant of record); it then collects any tax due, and its own terms for that purchase apply as well.

7. Refunds, withdrawal and chargebacks

Refund your last plan payment. For 7 days after a subscription payment (an upgrade included) you can refund it yourself with Refund my last payment on your account page. You get back the share of that payment whose credits you have not used, those unused credits are removed, and your plan ends right away. You can do this once every 90 days.

Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK). If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of the day it started, without giving a reason, with Withdraw from contract here on your account page. At checkout you asked for your plan to start straight away, so the part you have already used is not refunded: you get back the share of your payment whose credits you have not used. We confirm your withdrawal by email. Credits bought as a one-time top-up are added to your account immediately; at checkout you agree that this ends your right to withdraw from that purchase.

For anything else (a top-up, or a payment older than these windows), contact us via the support page and we review it case by case. When a charge is refunded or disputed, the credits it purchased (and access granted by it) are removed.

8. Machine-generated content

Transcription, voices, narration, and sound effects are machine-generated. They may contain errors, mispronunciations, or misattributed dialogue, and are not official audio from the original publisher or creators.

9. Availability and changes to the service

livecomics.to is an evolving service. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Dormant free accounts. Storage on a paid plan is kept as described in your plan, including after cancellation. On the free plan, if an account shows no sign-in activity for twelve consecutive months, we may reclaim its hosted storage (the uploaded files) after sending notice to the account email at least thirty days in advance. Signing in at any point resets the clock; the account itself, its settings, and anything you have purchased are not affected.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Quebec consumers: this section does not apply to you to the extent Quebec's Consumer Protection Act prohibits it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

Quebec consumers: this section does not apply to you to the extent Quebec's Consumer Protection Act prohibits it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, livecomics.to will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 3, 7, 10, 11) survive termination.

13. Governing law

Quebec consumers: this section does not apply to you to the extent Quebec's Consumer Protection Act prohibits it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live (see section 18).

14. Changes to these terms

Quebec consumers: this section does not apply to you to the extent Quebec's Consumer Protection Act prohibits it.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

If you live in Quebec, we'll email you at least 30 days before a change takes effect, showing the new clause and the clause it replaces and the date it applies. You may refuse the change and cancel your plan at no cost by telling us within 30 days after it takes effect.

16. If you live in Quebec

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code of Québec that cannot be waived by contract. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11), the governing-law clause (section 13) and the changes clause (section 14) apply to you only to the extent Quebec law allows. If you are a Quebec consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of Quebec.

These terms are also available in French (version française). If the French and English versions differ, the interpretation most favourable to you applies.

17. Cancellation form (UK and EU)

If you live in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, you can use this form to cancel within 14 days (see section 7), but you don't have to. You can also just choose Withdraw from contract here on your Account page, or email [email protected].

18. If you live in the EU or the EEA

Nothing in these terms takes away the protection that the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live give you. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11) and the governing-law clause (section 13) apply to you only as far as those laws allow, and you may bring a claim before the courts of the country where you live.

Legal guarantee. The law gives you a guarantee that the service conforms to the contract for as long as we supply it. If something isn't working as it should, email [email protected] and we'll put it right; the law's other remedies (a price reduction, or ending the contract) stay open to you.

Withdrawal. You can withdraw within 14 days of the day your plan or free trial started (section 7) with Withdraw from contract here on your Account page, by email, or with the form in section 17. If you withdraw during a free trial, nothing is charged. We confirm every withdrawal by email with its content and the date and time we received it.

Cancelling. Choose Cancel plan on your Account page, or use the Cancel contracts here page, which works without signing in. We confirm every cancellation by email at once, with the date and time we received it and the day your plan ends.

How the contract is made. You choose a plan; for a free trial you confirm the request on the step before checkout. On the checkout page you enter your payment details and place the order with its button. Until then you can go back and correct anything you entered. We keep a record of your request and confirm the contract by email, and these terms stay available at this address. The contract is concluded in English; the app, the step before checkout and our emails about your plan are also available in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Japanese. These terms are also available in French, Polish, Spanish, Italian and German; if a translation and this English version differ, the interpretation most favourable to you applies.

19. If you live in South Korea

Nothing in these terms takes away the protection Korean law gives you as a consumer, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11) and the governing-law clause (section 13) apply to you only as far as Korean law allows, and you may bring a claim before the courts of Korea.

Free trial. A free trial started with a card costs ₩0 until the date and time shown when you start it. Before it ends, we ask you separately, by email and on your Account page, whether you agree to continue on the paid plan, with the date and time of the change, the price before and after, and the card that would be charged. If you don't agree, or don't answer, the trial ends at that time and nothing is charged. If you agree, you can still cancel before the trial ends, at no cost, with Cancel plan on your Account page.

Price. After the trial, a plan costs its monthly price in US dollars, tax included, charged in Korean won at the exchange rate of the day of each payment, every month on the same day until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time on your Account page, in one step, as easily as you signed up.

Withdrawal and refunds. Within 7 days of a plan payment you can get back the share of that payment whose credits you have not used, with Refund my last payment on your Account page (section 7). You can use that button once every 90 days. That limit doesn't restrict your right of withdrawal under Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: any other request to withdraw or for a refund goes to [email protected] and is handled as the law requires.

Minors. If a minor makes a contract without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel it.

These terms are also available in Korean (한국어). If the Korean and English versions differ, the interpretation most favourable to you applies.

20. If you live in Mexico

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor) gives you; they can't be waived. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11), the governing-law clause (section 13) and the changes clause (section 14) apply to you only as far as that law allows. The Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) can hear your complaint, and you may bring a claim before the courts of Mexico.

Free trial and automatic charges. A free trial started with a card costs nothing until the date and time shown when you start it. From then on, the plan you chose is charged automatically every month, on the same day, until you cancel. When the trial starts we email you the date of the first charge and its amount, at least five days before it, and you can cancel before then at no cost. Before every later monthly renewal we also email you its amount and date, at least five days ahead.

Price. A plan costs its monthly price in US dollars, tax (IVA) included, charged in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate of the day of each payment. The peso amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, straight away and with no penalty, with Cancel plan on your Account page or on the Cancel contracts here page.

Revocation and refunds. The five-business-day revocation of Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law does not apply to a service that starts within ten business days of the order, and ours starts at once. You can still end a free trial at any time at no cost, and within 7 days of a plan payment get back the share of it whose credits you have not used (section 7). If the service is not provided as agreed, you may also ask for a compensation of at least 20% of the price paid (Article 92 Ter), on top of the law's other remedies.

Changes. We email you before a material change to these terms takes effect, and you may cancel your plan without penalty. Continued use alone does not mean you accept it.

These terms are also available in Spanish (español). For consumers in Mexico, the Spanish version prevails.

21. If you live in Saudi Arabia

Nothing in these terms takes away the protection the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations give you.

Complaints. Email [email protected] or use the support page. We answer every complaint by email.

Before you pay. Before a free trial checkout we show you the order in Arabic and English: the service, the free period, the price after it with VAT, the recurring payments and the term, how to cancel and your right to rescind. Pressing the button on the payment page concludes the contract, with the obligation to pay from the end of the free period unless you cancel before then.

Price. A plan costs its monthly price in US dollars, VAT included, charged in Saudi riyals at the exchange rate of the day of each payment. The riyal amount and the VAT are shown on the payment page before you confirm.

Right to rescind. Under Article 13 of the E-Commerce Law you may rescind the contract within 7 days of making it, as long as you have not used the service. In addition, within 7 days of a plan payment you can get back the share of it whose credits you have not used (section 7).

22. If you live in Israel

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, gives you. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11) and the governing-law clause (section 13) apply to you only as far as that law allows.

Prices. We show you our prices in shekels: the monthly price in US dollars converted at today's exchange rate, tax included. Link (Stripe) charges in shekels at the rate of each payment day, and the payment page shows the exact amount before you pay.

Free trial. A free trial started with a card costs nothing until the date and time shown when you start it. From then on, the plan you chose is charged every month on the same day until you cancel. Before you start it we show you the price after the trial, your right to cancel and every way to cancel, and we email you the same summary when it starts.

Your right to cancel. You may cancel within 14 days of the day the contract was made, or of the day you received our confirmation email if that is later. If a payment was already taken, you get back the share of it whose credits you have not used, with no cancellation fee, within 14 days. For you, Refund my last payment on your Account page stays open for 14 days after every plan payment, as often as you need it (not the 7 days and once every 90 days of section 7). You can also end your plan at any time; we stop all charges within 3 business days of receiving your notice.

Language. The contract is made in English, the language in which we offer the service.

23. Taiwan, Malaysia, Qatar, Kuwait, Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey, the British Virgin Islands and Barbados

Nothing in these terms takes away the protection the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live give you. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11) and the governing-law clause (section 13) apply to you only as far as those laws allow. Taiwan

Seller. As above. Our representative is the representative (managing member) of SMOOBY LLC; the name is disclosed on request without delay (email [email protected]).

Price. A plan costs its monthly price in US dollars, business tax included, charged in New Taiwan dollars at the exchange rate of each payment day. The NT$ amount and the tax are shown on the payment page before you confirm. A plan started with a free trial costs nothing until the date and time shown when you start it; then it renews automatically every month until you cancel. We email you 3 days before the first payment. You can cancel at any time with Cancel plan on your Account page or on the Cancel contracts here page.

The 7-day right of rescission (Consumer Protection Act, Article 19). LiveComics is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, supplied online as soon as you order. Before a free trial checkout we tell you, in Traditional Chinese and English, that once you consent to immediate supply the 7-day right of rescission does not apply (Guidelines on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales, Article 2(5)), and you give that consent with the step's button. You can still get back the unused share of a plan payment within 7 days of it (section 7).

Malaysia

Before a free trial checkout we show you, in Malay and English, the seller (name, website, email, phone, address, registration), the service and its main characteristics, the full price including any tax and every other charge, how you pay (the card you enter on the payment page; Link, Stripe's payment service, may sell to you as the merchant of record), when the service is supplied (immediately, online) and these terms. Press Back to change or correct the order before you place it; you can correct your card details on the payment page. We email you to confirm the order as soon as your trial starts.

Qatar

Before a free trial checkout we show you the order in Arabic and English: the service, the price (including any tax due) and that it is valid for that order, the payments, how to cancel and how to correct the order. Right to cancel: under Article 57 of Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010 on electronic transactions and commerce you may cancel the contract within 3 days of making it; a free trial cancelled before its end costs nothing at all. We email you a confirmation of the order when it is made, and these terms stay on this page.

Kuwait

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39 of 2014). Before a free trial checkout we show you the order in Arabic and English: the service, the price (including any tax due), the payments, how to cancel and how to correct the order. A free trial cancelled before its end costs nothing.

Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey and the British Virgin Islands

If you live in Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey or the British Virgin Islands, the right to cancel in section 7 applies to you as it does in the UK and the EU: you may cancel within 14 days of the day your subscription started, with Withdraw from contract here on your Account page, by email, or with the form in section 17. That is at least as long as your own law gives you (Gibraltar: the Consumer Rights on Contracts Regulations 2013; Jersey: 7 working days under the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007; Guernsey: the Trading Standards (Fair Trading) (Guernsey) Ordinance 2023).

British Virgin Islands. Under section 18 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2020 you may rescind the agreement within five business days after entering into it, and any payment is returned within ten business days. A free trial cancelled before its end costs nothing, and you can end a plan at any time with Cancel plan, without notice or penalty.

Barbados

Our legal name, principal mailing address and phone number are given at the start of this section and in section 15; legal process may be served on SMOOBY LLC at 1500 N Grant St #12228, Denver, CO 80203, USA. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds are set out in section 7.

24. If you live in Türkiye

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and its regulations give you; the mandatory rules of Turkish law apply whatever law these terms choose. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11), the governing-law clause (section 13) and the changes clause (section 14) apply to you only as far as that law allows.

Your subscription. A plan is a monthly subscription with no fixed term. A free trial started with a card is its first days, free: from the date and time shown when you start it, the plan is charged every month on the same day until you end it. It is not a fixed-term contract that extends itself.

Before you pay. Before a free trial checkout we show you the pre-information form, in Turkish and English, and you confirm it: the service, the price after the free period with taxes, the payments, how to cancel, the refund of the rest of the fee, the withdrawal rules, our details and where to take a dispute. We email you the same form and a summary of the contract when the trial starts.

Price. We show you our prices in Turkish lira beside the US dollars: the monthly price in US dollars converted at today's exchange rate, VAT included. Link (Stripe) charges in lira at the rate of each payment day, and the payment page shows the exact amount before you pay.

Ending your subscription. You can end it at any time, in a way no harder than signing up: with Cancel plan on your Account page, on the Cancel contracts here page (no sign-in needed), or by email to [email protected]. We carry out a cancellation at once (within 7 days at the latest) and confirm it by email.

Refund of the rest of the fee. If you end your subscription after a payment, we refund the share of that payment whose credits you have not used, with no deduction, within 15 days. For you, Refund my last payment on your Account page ends the plan at once and stays open for 31 days after every plan payment, as often as you need it (not the 7 days and once every 90 days of section 7).

Right of withdrawal. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for a service performed online at once and started, with your approval, within the withdrawal period; you give that approval on the pre-information step. This does not affect the refund above.

Complaints and disputes. Email [email protected]. You may apply to the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where you made the purchase, within the monetary limits the Ministry of Trade sets each year, and above them to the consumer court after mediation.

25. If you live in the Philippines

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (Republic Act No. 11967) give you. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11) and the governing-law clause (section 13) apply to you only as far as those laws allow.

A free trial started with a card costs nothing until the date and time shown when you start it; from then on the plan you chose is charged every month on the same day until you cancel. We email you when it starts and 3 days before the first charge. You can cancel at any time with Cancel plan on your Account page or on the Cancel contracts here page; within 7 days of a plan payment you can get back the share of it whose credits you have not used (section 7).

Complaints. Email [email protected] or use the support page; we answer every complaint by email. You may also bring a complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and its E-Commerce Bureau.

26. If you live in South Africa, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia or Zimbabwe

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer buying online: in South Africa, Chapter VII of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2008; in Ghana, the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772); in Kenya, the Consumer Protection Act, 2012; in Uganda, the Electronic Transactions Act, 2011; in Zambia, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2021, and the Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2010; in Zimbabwe, the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44]. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11) and the governing-law clause (section 13) limit what we owe you, and apply to you only as far as that law allows.

The service. The comics you upload, read panel by panel with narrated voices, sound effects and music, paid for in credits (section 6). Supplied online, as soon as you sign up or pay. Depending on where you live, Link (Stripe) may sell you a plan as our reseller (the merchant of record); it then takes the payment, collects the tax and emails your receipts.

Price and payments. A plan costs its monthly price in US dollars, the full price with taxes. Link charges it to your card in your local currency at the exchange rate of each payment day, or in US dollars where the payment page shows dollars (your bank may then convert it and add a fee); the payment page shows the exact amount before you pay. A plan renews every month on the same day until you cancel. There is no minimum term.

Free trial. A free trial started with a card costs nothing until the date and time shown when you start it. From then on, the plan you chose is charged every month until you cancel. We email you when it starts, with the facts in this section, and again 3 days before the first charge.

Your cooling-off right. You may cancel an agreement without reason and without penalty within 7 days of making it (South Africa: section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act; Ghana: section 49 of the Electronic Transactions Act; Uganda: section 25 of the Electronic Transactions Act; Zambia: section 66 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act; Zimbabwe: section 53 of the Consumer Protection Act; in Kenya we give you the same 7 days). A free trial covers those 7 days, so nothing is charged in them. If you pay inside them (for example with Start my plan now) and cancel before they end, email [email protected] and we refund that payment in full within 14 days.

Cancelling and refunds. Cancel any time with Cancel plan on your Account page or on the Cancel contracts here page; the plan then runs to the end of the paid month and doesn't renew. Within 7 days of a plan payment, Refund my last payment gives back the share of it whose credits you haven't used (section 7).

Your records. Your plan, credits and payments are on your Account page; your receipts and our emails are in your inbox. You can read, save and print these terms on this page.

Security and privacy. Your card is taken and kept by Stripe (Link), never by us. How we handle your data: the Privacy Policy.

27. If you live in Ukraine

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights Ukraine's Law on Consumer Rights Protection and its Law on Electronic Commerce give you.

Your right to withdraw. You may withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days. Section 18 and the model form in section 17 apply to you as they do to a consumer in the EU: before a free trial checkout we ask whether you want the service to start at once, and the email confirming your trial says what that means for the 14 days.

Where we can't offer it. US sanctions forbid us to supply the service in Crimea, Sevastopol and the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, so the free trial is not offered there.

28. If you live in Egypt

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations give you. The disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11), the governing-law clause (section 13) and the changes clause (section 14) apply to you only as far as that law allows. Before you pay. Before a free trial checkout we show you a summary of your order, in Arabic and English, and you confirm it: the service, the free period, the price after it with every addition, the payments and the term, how to cancel, your right to withdraw and our details. As soon as the trial starts we email you the same details and every term of the contract, in Arabic and English. You can correct your order within 7 working days by writing to [email protected].

Price. A plan costs its monthly price in US dollars, the full price including VAT (14%). It is charged in US dollars: your bank may convert it to Egyptian pounds and add a foreign-currency fee. Some Egyptian banks don't allow debit and prepaid cards to pay in a foreign currency; if your card is refused, nothing is charged. A plan renews every month on the same day until you cancel; there is no minimum term. Link (Stripe) may sell you a plan as our reseller (the merchant of record); it then issues the invoice and collects the tax.

Your right to withdraw. Under Article 40 of the Consumer Protection Law you may withdraw from a contract within 14 days of making it and, once you have paid, within 14 days of your first payment. If you withdraw, we refund the full amount you paid within 7 days, by the same method you paid with, unless you have fully used the service (used every credit of that payment). For you, Withdraw from contract here on your Account page does this; withdrawing during the free period costs nothing. This replaces, for that payment, the unused-share refund of section 7.

Cancelling and later refunds. Cancel any time with Cancel plan on your Account page or on the Cancel contracts here page; the plan then runs to the end of the paid month and doesn't renew. Within 7 days of any later monthly payment, Refund my last payment gives back the share of it whose credits you haven't used (section 7).

29. If you live in Nigeria

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2018 gives you. Please note before you buy: the disclaimer of warranties (section 10), the limitation of liability (section 11) and the governing-law clause (section 13) limit what we owe you, and apply to you only as far as that Act allows.

Withdrawing during the free period costs nothing; if you asked for the service to start at once and withdraw after a payment, you get back the part of it you haven't used.
