Read your comics in another language
Bring an issue to your shelf, have it performed, then pick a language. The dialogue is translated and voiced again by the same cast, so the whole comic plays through a second time in the language you chose. The original never leaves, and you move between them whenever you like.
The same cast, speaking another language
This is not a subtitle track, and it is not one narrator reading a translation over the top of the original. Every line is translated and then performed again, so a character keeps their own voice from one language to the next and the issue plays as a piece. The words on screen follow the language you are listening in, and panel descriptions are translated too on the issues that carry them. The sound effects and the score stay exactly as they were.

Minus whichever one the issue is already in: the language a comic is already written in is never sold back to you. English sits on that list as a destination and not only as a starting point, so a book you imported in Japanese, Spanish or French can be dubbed into English.
One panel, every language
One real balloon from the streaming shelf, performed in every language on the list. Same panel, same actor, same performance: Pierre is voiced by Achird in all of them, and only the language moves. The clips are the bare voice, without the soundscape they play over in the reader.

Your original never moves
Buying a language adds a track to the issue, it does not replace anything. The comic stays readable and playable in its original language the whole time the new one is being made, and once it lands the reader's narration language picker moves you between them at any panel. Your place, your pins and your progress are the same in every language, on every device you sign in on.
What it costs
One language, one issue, one time. The price follows how much dialogue the issue actually carries, and you see it before you buy. After that, reading and listening in that language costs nothing for as long as the issue is on your shelf.
What this does not do yet
Languages are sold for the comics on your own shelf, not for the free streaming catalog. Those titles play in the language they were published in, and which of them we offer in which languages is a decision we would rather make title by title than sell as a blanket promise.
An issue has to be performed before it can be dubbed, because a dub is a cast performing again. A plain page import has nothing to translate yet, so add voices first and the language picker appears. A dub is also whole book work and takes minutes rather than seconds: nothing plays in the new language until all of it is finished, your shelf says while it is being made, and an open reader picks it up the moment it is ready.
Panel descriptions are their own leg. An issue dubbed before you added descriptions has none in that language until you add them for it, priced for that language alone, and the reader will not read you a description in one language underneath dialogue in another.
Straight answers
Can I read my comics in another language?
Yes. Any issue on your own shelf that has been performed can be bought in another language: every line of dialogue is translated and then performed again by the same cast, so the whole issue plays start to finish in the language you picked. The original stays on the shelf beside it and you switch between them in the reader.
Which languages can I read in?
Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Thai, Hindi, Arabic, English. That is 17 in all, minus whichever one the issue is already in, because the language a comic is already written in is never sold back to you. English is on the list as a destination and not only a starting point, so a book you imported in Japanese, Spanish or French can be dubbed into English.
Is the dialogue actually spoken, or just translated on screen?
Spoken. The issue is performed again in the new language rather than subtitled over the original audio, and the words on screen follow whichever language you are listening in. Sound effects and the score are left alone, because a door slam reads the same in every language.
Can I translate the comics on the free streaming catalog?
Not today. Languages are sold for the comics on your own shelf, the issues you upload and have performed. The streaming catalog plays in the language it was published in. Which of those titles we offer in which languages is something we would rather decide title by title than promise across the whole shelf.
How much does a dub cost?
It is a one-time purchase, one language at a time, one issue at a time, and the price depends on how much dialogue the issue actually carries. You are quoted before you buy. After that, reading and listening in that language costs nothing, on every device you sign in on.
