Straight answers
What does an allowance actually buy?
Having a page performed costs the same for everyone, and a plan's allowance is simply how much of it you get each month. You see the price of an issue before anything is spent, and nothing is ever charged without you pressing the button.
What happens to what I do not use?
It rolls over to the following months rather than vanishing at the end of the month, so a quiet month is not wasted.
Can I cancel?
Any month, from your account page, and you keep what you have already paid for until the month runs out. A plan bought through the App Store or Google Play is cancelled in that store, the way those stores require.
Do I have to pay to read?
No. Reading your own comics panel by panel costs nothing and always will. A plan is only for having them performed aloud.
